Having been raised in the Manor by Altena, Chloe carries out Altena's instructions without question. While her motives remain a mystery, Chloe is constantly shadowing Kirika and Mireille on their missions.

Character Information

Proclaiming herself to be "Shin no Noir" or the "True Noir," Chloe is perhaps the most enigmatic of Noir's assassins. Striking immaculately and without mercy from the darkness, Chloe is the epitome of a true assassin.

Though her motives remain a mystery, Chloe lurks in the shadows observing Kirika, Mireille, and all events that transpire around them; occasionally lending a hand if she deems it necessary. Kirika and Mireille's distrust of her is ever apparent, and they are always on guard when in the presence of this compassionless and uncaring young woman.

Raised within the archaic confines of the Manor by the mysterious Altena, Chloe is fiercely loyal to her, even viewing her as a motherly figure. Under Altena's guidance, Chloe has developed incredible skills as an assassin, allowing her not only to strike with impunity, but to do so without even a trace of remorse.

Though many questions surrounding this young woman remain, such as her relationship in regards to Kirika and Mireille, as well as her purpose within the grand scheme of things, this much is known for certain- though her true motives remain a mystery, Chloe is destined to play a pivotal role in the events that are being crafted by the hands of Soldats.

Chloe's weapon of choice is not a pistol like Kirika and Mireille sport, but an assortment of lethal throwing knives. Stealthily slipping out of the shadows and striking with deadly accuracy, only to vanish as quickly as she appeared- Chloe's talent with edged-weapons rivals Kirika and Mireille's marksmanship in terms of effectiveness and results.
