BIO: Formerly an officer with the Soviet KGB, Yuri Nazarov oversaw the extermination of members of the Tatar ethnic group. Sickened by the task he carried out for the state; Nazarov resigned from the KGB and dedicated his life to helping refugees and the poor to make atonement for his past crimes. Noir is hired by a Tatar survivor to take out the former KGB man, but Kirika has reservations about carrying out the job.

After receiving advanced warning of Noir's attack from an unlikely source, he lays a clever trap for Noir inside a library.

BIO: Formerly a prominent commander in the NATO force structure, General Reimann gained his influence over European Military matters thanks to his ties to the mysterious Soldats organization. Having retired to the Alps of Switzerland, the General leads a quiet life in his mountain cabin; expect for when his arch-nemesis, a former East German Intelligence chief, sends a hit squad to take down his Cold War rival. To make matters worse, Soldats dispatches Chloe to conclude their own dealings with General Reimann.

BIO: A Czechoslovakian painter whom Kirika happened upon during an outing along the riverbank, Kirika was inspired by his artistic talents and decided to join him in painting. After befriending the pleasant man, Kirika learns that Milosh once served as a decorated member of the Foreign Legion, and Kirika seems to identify with Milosh's sentiments on a philosophical level. After completing his painting, Milosh informs Kirika that he is going to re-enlist with the Foreign Service- prompting Kirika to get her friend a parting gift.

BIO: Following the death of Mireilles parents, Claude evacuated young Mireille from Corsica in hopes of helping her escape a similar fate. An excellent assassin in his own right, Claude taught Mireille the killing arts and made her the talented assassin she is today. In town attending to some wet work of his own, Claude decides to pay his beloved niece a visit.

BIO: A member of the Taiwan-based Hong Ye Pan syndicate, Shaoli is one of China's most proficient killers. Striking with impunity by use of poison applied to her fingernails, her cunning and ruthless nature has earned her the nefarious nickname ''The Heartless Assassin."
